Organic Cocktails

It is 5’oclock somewhere! And that means it is cocktail time! Partaking in drinking organic beverages offers a pure, fresh and natural way to enjoy your favorite adult beverage without pesticides and high fructose corn syrup! So many conventionally made cocktails are packed with preservatives, sugars and ingredients I can barely pronounce. Choose organic cocktails to go au natural and forgo the chemical and other yuck ingredients in your martini!

“Green” and organic cocktails are certainly a trend that is catching on. More and more organic, natural spirits are making their way on the market which is great news! Although organic alcoholic beverages may not be offered at your local bar just yet, when you are playing bar tender at home organic cocktails should be the only ones you make!

We have compiled some of our favorite organic cocktails for your drinking pleasure:

Organic Mojito

2 oz. Veev Acai Spirit
3/4 oz. agave nectar
4 lime wedges
6 mint leaves
Splash of club soda

Directions: Tear mint leaves and add to a shaker. Shake all ingredients with ice and transfer into a glass. Top mojito with a splash club soda and stir well.

Organic Margarita

2 oz. 4 Copas Organic Blanco Tequila
1.5 oz. Organic Lime Juice
1 oz. Organic 4 Copas Blue Agave Nectar
Splash of club soda

Directions: Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Fill glass with ice strain the mixture over fresh ice, garnish with lime and serve.

Organic Bellini

½ glass of Organic Sparkling Champagne
½ oz. Organic peach puree
Splash of organic white peach liquor
Squeeze one organic lemon wedge

Directions: Pour champagne in champagne glass. Add organic peach puree, organic peach liquor, and squeeze one wedge of lemon.

Organic Lemon Drop

2 oz. Square One Vodka
½ oz. organic agave nectar
½ oz. fresh organic lemon juice

Directions: Pour in cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain and garnish with a lemon twist.

Organic Pomegranate Martini

1.5 oz. Square One Organic Vodka
2 oz. organic 100% pomegranate juice
1/2 lime, squeezed

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a martini glass and serve.
